Firstly,

bounce(e) := e.stopPropagation(); e.preventDefault();

Insist dragee has attribute draggable

Now, the drag/drop events:

dragstart: (dragee) don’t bounce, add “being dragged”, dataTransfer.setData/setDragImage
dragenter: (dropper) add “hover”, bounce
dragover: (dropper) bounce
dragleave: (dropper) remove “hover”, bounce
dragend: (dragee) remove “being dragged”
drop: (dropper) remove “hover”, act on drop with dataTransfer.getData
